President Joko Widodo and Mrs. Iriana Joko Widodo arrived at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB), on Wednesday, December 28 2022, around 17.06 WITA.
The arrival of the President and Mrs. Iriana were welcomed by the Governor of NTB Zulkieflimansyah, the Regional Military Commander IX/Udayana Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto, the NTB Regional Police Chief Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto, the Regent of Bima Indah Dhamayanti Putri, and the Deputy Regent of Bima Dahlan M. Noer. The traditional Bima dance, Weha Ao, was also seen welcoming the arrival of the two.
The President and Mrs. Iriana then went straight to the hotel where they spent the night to continue their work visit activities the next day.
Previously, President Jokowi and Mrs. Iriana and their entourage left for NTB Province, via the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in Jakarta, using the Bae-RJ85 Presidential Aircraft at around 13.30 WIB.
Accompanying the President and Mrs. Iriana on the flight to NTB Province were State Secretary Minister Pratikno, PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono, Military Secretary to the President Rear Admiral TNI Hersan, and Paspampres Commander Marsda TNI Wahju Hidajat Soedjatmiko.
